BOOKING AND PAYMENT 
The reservation is confirmed, with the payment of a deposit (30%) to be paid by bank transfer. The remaining amount must be paid thirty days before the arrival date or for reservations under the date of arrival at the structure at the latest.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES
- 30% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival;
- 50% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made from 29 to 15 days before arrival;
- 100% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made 14 days before arrival.
The cancellation of the reservation must be sent in writing via email.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE 
Stays start from 16:00 on the day of arrival and end at 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Upon arrival each guest is asked to deliver an identity document to complete the registration formalities.
Upon departure, each guest is asked to vacate their accommodation within the set time.

RESPECT OF REST TIMES
We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet of the place by avoiding any noise during rest hours: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09:00. During these times our reception service is also closed.

LINEN
The change of sheets is made after the 4th day of stay, while the towels are changed on request. Before the daily cleaning, leave the towels on the floor in the shower and they will be replaced.
PLEASE to consider that in our region there is scarcity of water. Saving water has now become a custom of civilization and protection towards the environment and water reserves in the process of being depleted.
Pool towels are also provided (orange in color), which are also changed on request.
We therefore ask our kind guests not to use the bathroom towels outside.
The change of linen earlier than expected has a cost of € 8 per person.
POOL
The swimming pool is for private use. Its use is reserved for guests of the b & b only.
Maximum attention is recommended as there is no specialized supervisory staff.
It is mandatory to shower before entering the tub.
Minors under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Due to the limited depth and dimensions of the tank, diving is not allowed.
In the wooden area around the swimming pool it is mandatory to wear footwear.
You cannot consume food and drinks on the poolside, nor bring glasses and bottles inside it.
The linen of the rooms cannot be used in the swimming pool (use the special orange pool towel)

VISITORS
Access to the B&B and common areas is not allowed to strangers (not booked) and to persons who are not registered or previously recognized by means of an identity document and authorized by the management.

REMOTE CONTROLS AND KEYS
The remote controls of the TV and the room keys if lost or damaged will be charged.

SAFETY
The management is exempt from any responsibility for any personal items left unattended in the rooms or in the common areas. It will be the responsibility of the guests to keep personal valuables, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the b & b.
There is a combination safe in each room.

ANIMALS
They are not allowed.

It is severely NO SMOKING in the rooms!
In the event of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to remove the defaulters and charge the cost of one or more nights to allow the elimination of the residual smoke smell (the offenders will be subject to the penalties provided for in article 51 of law no. 3 of 2003).
